EP 4 – DARK FORCES AT PLAY:

Outrage ensued following a stunning report claimed the Justice Department and FBI are concluding that disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein did not hold a ‘client list’ and did kill himself in prison. Among the top critics is billionaire Elon Musk who said the memo published by Axios on Sunday night is the ‘final straw.’

President Donald Trump’s base is demanding answers and accusing Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel of ‘lying’ to the American public. Most of the online ire has been directed towards Bondi.

‘If Jeffrey Epstein had no client list, didn’t have elites raping girls on his island and hadn’t taken part in any blackmail schemes… Then… Why’d he kill himself?’ Pro-Trump content creator Robby Starbuck posted to X. He insisted: ‘Doesn’t pass the smell test Pam Bondi.’

Right-wing media site the Gateway Pundit posted: ‘If Jeffrey Epstein Had No Client List Then Why Did AG Pam Bondi Tell Reporters the List ‘Is Sitting on My Desk Right Now to Review.’

A person familiar with Justice Department operations told the Daily Mail that the agency has refused to take the right steps to release information that remains under seal.

‘The reality is simple: only the DOJ has the power to see, understand, and release what’s under seal in this case — yet the American people are still waiting,’ claimed the source, who was granted anonymity to discuss internal operations. ‘It’s very likely that the Bureau has even seen the documents or evidence that is currently under seal,’ the source added.

The person also acknowledged that people feel Bondi is ‘stonewalling’ Americans and is ‘peddling lies to mislead the public’ – but insisted that they aren’t falling for the trickle of non-information. Musk railed against the Trump administration for not taking any action to arrest those related to Epstein’s child sex trafficking crimes.

Right-wing journalist Laura Loomer posted: ‘Who releases a statement about the Epstein files on the Sunday night of 4th of July weekend? Someone who doesn’t want you paying attention.’

PROMISES MADE, PROMISES BROKEN: Trump promised during his campaign that he would lead the release of trove of federal secrets, including the secret Epstein files and documents related to the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.

Earlier this year, Bondi handed over to MAGA influencers binders of papers with information about Epstein’s crimes. But the release included few new documents or information. Since then, Trump loyalists have demanded that the DOJ and FBI release everything they have on Epstein.

When Musk first got into a public X spat with the president over the massive spending bill, he claimed that Trump’s name appears on unreleased Epstein files and suggested that is why they have not been made public yet.

It’s known that Trump associated with Epstein in the 1980s and 1990s. His name appears on Epstein’s flight logs for his private plane multiple times between 1993 and 1997 on trips that often included his family. The flights were on documents released by Bondi in February but did not indicate any wrongdoing.

Bondi has repeatedly said that she has Epstein’s files and would release the contents at the directive of Trump. Starbuck posted a video of the Attorney General telling Fox News the client list was ‘sitting on my desk right now to review.’

‘Pam Bondi said the Epstein client list was on her desk to review for release to the public just a few months ago,’ Starbuck posted. ‘Now the DOJ she leads claims that there’s no Epstein client list.’

‘Sorry but this is unacceptable,’ he insisted. ‘Was she lying then or is she lying now? We deserve answers.’ – By Katelyn Caralle – 7 July 2025

WHAT TIME IS IT? MAGA influencers, including some who received “Epstein Files” binders from Attorney General Pam Bondi, are enraged after the Department of Justice reneged on its promise to release the so-called “Epstein client list” by claiming that no such list exists.

Jack Posobiec, a right-wing social media influencer with more than 3 million followers on X, tweeted his frustration with the memo Sunday night.

“I want answers on Epstein. As many as possible. Not press releases. Answers,” Posobiec posted.

“We were all told more was coming. That answers were out there and would be provided. Incredible how utterly mismanaged this Epstein mess has been. And it didn’t have to be,” he continued.

David Freeman, another conservative influencer who tweets under the pseudonym Gunther Eagleman, accused Bondi and the FBI of lying, adding that there should be criminal repercussions.

“Right now… My trust in government is at ZERO,” he tweeted. “‘On my desk’ and ‘Truck full’ is what we were told. The lies are blatant. Someone has some explaining to do. People have to go to jail.”

Elon Musk, who formed his own political party over the weekend following a break from President Donald Trump — a public fight that included Musk’s claim that the Epstein list was not released because Trump is on it — tweeted a countdown clock set to zero titled “The Official Jeffrey Epstein Pedophile Arrest Counter.”

“What’s the time? Oh look, it’s no-one-has-been-arrested-o’clock again …,” Musk tweeted.

The world’s most richest man also reposted a tweet from conservative influencer Sarah Fields that stated: “If the entire government is protecting pedophiles, it has officially become the government against the people. I hope you all understand that.”

Benny Johnson, a right-wing podcaster with nearly 4 million followers on X, claimed “there are other dark forces at play here.”

“To say there are thousands of ‘victims’ in a convicted sex trafficking ring and then to say there were no ‘customers’ when the operation happened right before our very eyes insults our intelligence,” he tweeted. “Trafficking women to no one? I don’t buy it. There are other dark forces at play here….”

Johnson ended his tweet by quoting the dystopian George Orwell novel 1984. “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.” – By Howard Koplowitz Published: Jul. 07, 2025.

HIDE AND SEEK: Some MAGA adherents online who were holding out hope for a client list, like prominent MAGA influencer Laura Loomer, are singling out Bondi, and suggesting that she be fired. Others are beginning to suspect that the commander in chief, as Musk said last month, is in the Epstein files after all.

Progressive users online are elevating the latter prospect, with even Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell getting in on the action.

“Why is Trump hiding the Epstein Files from you?” Swalwell posted Monday morning. “Any of you clowns who went to the White House earlier this year to play a part in Trump’s circus want to wager a guess?”

“No one who has walked Earth is more litigious than Donald Trump. If Trump is NOT in the files he would have already sued @elonmusk for saying he IS in the files.”

“The absence of Trump’s legal actions speaks VOLUMES.”
