In case you are under the impression that we’re not dealing with madmen, you are gravely mistaken. New reports suggest that America was/is seriously considering using a tactical nuclear weapon to destroy Iran’s Fordow nuclear mountain. For real. The much vaunted bunker buster bomb isn’t big enough to penetrate the site. So the alternative is to nuke the mountain. Dear God we were much closer to the brink than we thought.
President Trump entered the Situation Room three times over the past week, mere moments away from making the biggest mistake imaginable. Yet he did not follow through, at least not yet. Maybe it helped that Putin called him and warned him of the severe consequences of nuking Iran. It sure helps that Trump has whittled down his core group of advisers to the Vice President, Secretary of State, Chief of Staff, and Deputy Chief of Staff. Interestingly, Defense Secretary Pete the Crusader Hegseth is not amongst this group of advisers.
It now makes sense why Ambassador Mike Huckabee mentioned Truman in the highly emotional blackmail letter he sent Trump. They were seriously considering this insane option. If Trump nukes Iran, even with only a tactical weapon, nothing stops Moscow from doing the same to Kyiv, London, Berlin, or Paris. Once the world crosses this red line there is no turning back.
Unfortunately that doesn’t mean Israel won’t choose this option, as they’ve repeatedly said that without destroying Fordow, the entire mission is a failure. Of all the nuclear powers, Israel is the only country that doesn’t acknowledge the existence of a nuclear program. Yet countries like Iran that don’t have a nuclear weapon abide by international inspections and treaties. Why is Israel special? Why are they not viewed as a rogue state that threatens world peace?
It is this outrageous double standard that is the root of the problem. Imagine any other country starving civilians, bombing hospitals, killing medics, doctors, nurses, journalists, women, children, and the elderly. Yes Hamas sucks, and what they did was awful, but ultimately they killed only a thousand people, not 60 000. Israel’s response has been disproportionately disproportionate.
They’ve wrecked havoc in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, and now in Iran. All they’ve achieved is isolating their friends, and maximising their enemies. Netanyahu and the right wing establishments refusal to deal with Palestinians in a fair and honourable manner, has directly created the deep seated animosity amongst Muslim communities. Is the goal to have more or less terrorists?
Personally I can’t stand Donald Trump and everything he represents, but on this particular geopolitical time bomb, I fully support his reluctance to push the world over the edge. In fact now would be an excellent time to reign in Israel and Netanyahu before it’s too late.
I still think Netanyahu defied Trump’s wishes, the president wanted diplomacy, Israel wanted war. Time for Trump to act like the most powerful man in the world and say enough is enough. The fact that he unexpectedly announced a two week pause is a very important step in the right direction. We can only hope and pray it’s not another stupid mind game. Because honestly, I’m sick and tired of this religiously inspired bullshit.
As we all know, ICE would immediately arrest Jesus if he ever returned to earth. The fanatics in charge would call him a leftist-socialist-Marxist trouble maker and most probably crucify him in front of the White House. I see no difference between them and the ‘terrorists’ they supposedly want to protect us all from. They are the Christian Taliban, a clear and present danger.

BEYOND ROGUE: The director of the International Agency for Atomic Energy warned on Friday that a direct attack on Iran’s Bushehr nuclear plant would result in “a very high release of radioactivity” that would affect people within hundreds of kilometers of the plant.
Addressing the UN Security Council, Rafael Grossi said that Bushehr was “the nuclear site in Iran where the consequences of an attack could be most serious.” He said that as an operating nuclear power plant, Bushehr holds “thousands of kilograms of nuclear material.”
Bushehr’s location in southern Iran means it is closer to the capital cities of several US allies in the region than it is to Tehran, and Grossi said countries in the region have reached out directly to him to express their concern.
“I want to make it absolutely and completely clear. In case of an attack on the Bushehr nuclear power plant, a direct hit would result in a very high release of radioactivity to the environment,” he said.
Grossi added that an attack that would disable the plant’s power supply lines could cause its reactor’s core to melt, which could also result a very high release of radioactivity.

FREE-ISH, ONE STEP FORWARD, TEN STEPS BACK TO THE CONFEDERACY: I sometimes (very often) feel like the bearer of bad news and it sucks big time. How I wish we lived in a world we all long for. Unfortunately if we want to achieve this world, we have to work for it, and most probably in the near future, fight for it. Two really shitty things happened yesterday. The Federal Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Trump regime regarding the deployment of the National Guard to Los Angeles.
Predictably Donald celebrated his BIG WIN, and the rest of us shuddered. The main reason the America First isolationists like Steve Bannon and Marjorie Taylor Greene don’t want America to enter the war with Iran, is because they would prefer Trump to make war on American cities instead. Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle.
A few days ago I did a post on a new and expanded visa ban targeting almost 50 countries, a quarter of all nations on earth. Thing is, more than half of the countries are in Africa, 27 out of a possible 54. To compound this blatant racist bullshit, Trump sent out a shockingly insensitive post yesterday. For those not aware, African Americans celebrate June 19 as the day slaves were finally set free-ish in 1865. Trump celebrated the holiday in all four years of his first term, yet yesterday, he didn’t even mention Juneteenth.
Instead he moaned about too many holidays costing the American economy billions in losses. Added to the anti-DEI craziness, and it makes one wonder how the FUCK African Americans voted for him, never mind Latinos, never mind Muslims. All three these groups helped propel Trump to victory, and now all three are being screwed by the President. Seriously, I want to feel compassion, but my God how uninformed can you be. Did they honestly believe that MAGA loves them, that they’re part of the gang. Even the Jewish people are starting to realize that White Supremacy means exactly what it says, W H I T E SUPREMACY.
We can also add women to this list. Tens of millions voted for Trump, yet White Supremacy is not complete without the obvious detail that men are in charge. Women are welcome as long as they know their place and submit. I even think there were Gays for Trump, another insanely deluded group of masochists. Taken together, all these groups enabled someone that hates them, how utterly bizarre. It’s like Jews voting for Hitler, only to be shocked when he turns on them. Yes I know, Trump isn’t Hitler, at least not yet.
A few days ago he quipped to a reporter that he has gone from being the hunted, to now being the hunter. We are entering the Wild Ages, buckle up. I’m not sharing this info to scare you, but to prepare you. If you still don’t think America can go down the path of authoritarianism, maybe it’s time to wake up.
