ANNUIT COEPTIS: He/It has favored our undertakings. Whether this refers to the Roman God Jupiter, or the God of the Bible is up for debate. The ‘It’ part speaks of Divine Providence, a neutral term that refers to the Gods worshipped by people from all faiths and cultures. 

And finally the pyramid with the All Seeing Eye, a symbol representing the Trinity and Divine Providence that can be found in Christian churches across the world. Symbols have many layers of meaning, something that will be explored as the journey progresses.
