In case people haven’t noticed, we are on the verge of an Apocalyptic War waged in the Name of God. Which God, whose version of God is the question? Christian Zionism is an ideology that teaches that the creation of the State of Israel in 1948 is a precursor to the Second Coming of Christ. Not the love one another Jesus, no, the Warrior-like Christ with a sword dripping in blood. 

They interpret the Book of Revelations as literal, completely misunderstanding it’s symbolic message, never mind the scientific knowledge it conceals. The story goes something like this. Jesus will return to earth and defeat Satan and many, as in billions will unfortunately die in the process of redeeming the earth. Jerusalem is key in this narrative as the New Jerusalem will descend from heaven and all will be fine. The Jews will admit their guilt and turn to Jesus as the true Messiah. 

They are not supporting Israel because of pure intentions, they are using Israel to further their own distorted perception of the world. Why do you think they don’t care about the environment or peace? Firstly, God will create a New Earth, so it doesn’t really matter what happens to the only one we do actually have, plus it is the domain of the Prince of Darkness, so it can be destroyed. 

Secondly, peace is an obstacle to the Second Coming as the prophecies supposedly speak of war, and rumours of war. I call this the Qhrist Conspiracy, self fulfilling prophecies to keep the faithful in fear. The current political climate of hate found across the world is based on lies, misinformation, propaganda, and just plain bs. 

A spiritual war they say, good versus evil. Then why do I struggle to discern good from evil? Being a self righteous asshole doesn’t make you good, it makes you a self righteous asshole. Be careful what you choose to believe as often things are not as they appear to be. Learn to discern, do your own research, and most of all don’t just listen to opinions that confirm your own biases. 

We are in for one hell of a ride. The next three months is going to be wilder than anything our generation has ever experienced. Love as much as you possibly can, find inner peace, and fasten your seatbelt.
