Alan Dershowitz, Donald Trump’s lawyer during his first impeachment trial, and Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyer when he evaded justice in the mid 2000’s, was one of four men accused of having sex with the now deceased Virginia Giuffre. Epstein is dead, Jean-Luc Brunel is dead, and Prince Andrew paid millions in an out-of-court settlement to Giuffre. Dershowitz is very much alive. Giuffre and Dershowitz filed numerous claims and counter claims against each other until Giuffre finally relented in 2022 by retracting her accusation. 3 of the 4 men are guilty of abusing Giuffre, yet Dershowitz is not. Or at least that’s what he’d like the world to believe.
Dershowitz has been trying to clear his name for more than a decade, and at the same time he’s been trying to get Trump to pardon Ghislaine Maxwell. He was at it again only a few days ago. He is adamant that Epstein never kept a client list and wants Ghislaine to testify in front of Congress to finally put the rumor to bed.
‘Ghislaine Maxwell is basically serving the sentence that Epstein would have gotten. She should never be in jail for 20 years. What should happen is that she should be freed. She should have her sentence commuted. She should then be called in front of Congress, have Congress give her total immunity, and then she can tell everything.’
‘She knows everything. She is the Rosetta Stone. She knows everything. She arranged every single trip with everybody. She knows everything. And if she were just given immunity, she could be compelled to testify. I’m told that she actually would be willing to testify. And there’d be no reason for her to withhold any information.’
‘The information that hasn’t been requested is going to be far more informative and far more relevant than the grand jury information. Grand jury information is narrowly tailored by prosecutors only to provide sufficient evidence to result in an indictment.’ Alan Dershowitz.
THE BUTLER AND LITTLE BLACK BOOK: The ‘black book’ that Rodriguez had in his possession is the journal in which Epstein is understood to have detailed the girls which attended his properties for “massages” for him and his friends, and details of his celebrity friends and associates.
Rodriguez, who stole the book, claimed he needed it as insurance against the businessman to protect his own life. The butler failed to tell prosecutors he possessed the book and later refused to hand it over. He was jailed for 18 months for attempting to sell it for $50,000 (£31,000).
In 2011 it emerged that the journal “detailed the full scope and the extent of Epstein’s involvement with underage girls,” according to prosecuting lawyers, who referred to it as “The Holy Grail”. Rodriguez died on 28 December. The current location of the document has not been disclosed and the Mirror claims Epstein’s lawyers are “petrified” about where it will go, according to a source. Alfredo Rodriguez was Epstein’s butler and the snippet above confirms that not only was/is there a client list, but that the ‘Holy Grail’ never made it into the hands of the Feds during the first raid on Epstein’s property in Palm Beach. He chose to go to prison instead of handing it over. No one knows where the little black book went, or who is currently in possession of it.
This obviously directly contradicts Alan Dershowitz, and makes one wonder why he is so hellbent on making this whole thing go away. Of course Ghislaine will say NOTHING to Congress, she’ll reaffirm the non-existence of something that clearly exists. Trump and Netanyahu desperately need a solution, they both know that this scandal will not go away. Plus Ghislaine won’t go away either, her patience must be running out, as can be gleamed from her appeal to the Supreme Court and the statement written by her family.
Is Ghislaine in possession of the ‘Holy Grail’, or did the FBI seize it during the 2019 raid? How many little black books exist? Dershowitz sounds like he has a fairly good idea of the names on the client list which he says doesn’t exist.
GASTERACANTHA: – Lawyer Alan Dershowitz on Thursday said he knows the list of names in the Jeffrey Epstein files regarding alleged clients in his international sex trafficking ring.
“I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them,” Dershowitz said during an appearance on “The Sean Spicer Show.”

ONE WEEK LATER: – Jeffrey Epstein’s former lawyer has claimed the convicted sex offender never created a “client list,” and said there was no suggestion that President Trump had done “anything improper or even questionable.”
In an opinion piece written for the Wall Street Journal, famed attorney Alan Dershowitz said he knows “the facts” and wanted to make “several important things clear” amid a political firestorm over FBI files related to the late, disgraced financier.
