An ICE raid on a California cannabis farm descended into chaos and violence on Thursday with a protestor opening fire on federal agents while tear gas billowed around them. The mayhem unfolded at Glass House Farms in Ventura County in Carpinteria, near Los Angeles. Members of the National Guard were deployed to the scene along with law enforcement agents. 

Just seconds after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents fired smoke canisters into a crowd of demonstrators near Laguna Road, one individual could be clearly seen raising a firearm and appeared to discharge it in the agents’ direction. The raid was part of the broad federal crackdown on undocumented workers in Southern California – but it quickly spiraled into bedlam. 

Agents blocked off roads and stormed the facility in what witnesses described as a sudden and aggressive operation. Tear gas choked the air, smoke bombs were thrown and projectiles flew. 

Protesters, farmworkers, and family members scattered through the fields, many screaming, some hit, with others pouring milk over their faces to soothe burning eyes. At least three people were taken to the hospital while dozens more were detained. – James Gordon for DMail.

WILL THE UPRISING BE NEXT? I made sure to check if a protester did in fact fire on ICE agents. From the photos and footage of the incident, it certainly appears like it. No agents were wounded, yet it is exactly this type of scenario that plays into the regime’s hands. They can now use the footage as an example of why the agents need protection, and the general militarization of ICE. 

Immigration is Trump’s only play, he has no other plan. Everything else he’s tried failed. No peace in Ukraine or Gaza. Liberation Day and DOGE turned into disasters. The Qatar plane bribe, Cryptoscam, Signal Gate, birthday military parade, and the bombing of Iran all laced with utter incompetence and blatant corruption. The unseemly falling out with Elon Musk and the myriad of repercussions from this epic break up soon followed.

Musk raging against the 1BBB, deploying of the National Guard to L.A., and most pertinent of all, Musk detonating the Epstein nuke, followed by the creation of a new political party to challenge Republicans that voted for the bill. Then the Texas flood spoilt Trump’s 4th of July party, which he in turn tried to exploit by quietly announcing the end of the Epstein investigation. 

As we now know, this was the beginning of the end. Epstein blew up in Trump’s face, mostly with the MAGA base. To try and regain some illusion of control, Trump needs to lean into the tough guy persona by hurting others. Alligator Alcatraz being the archetypal example. Yet even amongst the right, the targeting of law abiding immigrants is not going down well. 

They want the criminals and gangsters to be deported, not hardworking farm laborers, construction workers, or any other immigrants that provide a valuable service to Americans. Because of Trumps desperation, he will now push too hard, creating a public backlash of epic proportions. The protests will only grow, and hopefully the story doesn’t have to end the way the French Revolution did. 

The Regime seems to have forgotten that they are responsible, and every other Republican president, for arming Americans to the teeth. The plan only works if the base is on board. But what happens if the base turns, what happens if the Regime is now viewed as the Deep State, what then? The blind loyalty Trump could count on as recently as a week ago, has now evaporated along with the Epstein Client list. 

Trump is now the enemy, he has become the Swamp they so despise. One can only but hope that Americans unite as they face a common enemy in the Regime. It was never about what’s best for America, but always about what’s best for some Americans, a tiny group of elite billionaires hellbent on exploiting We the People.
