Gospel of Matthew 14: 25 Between three and six o’clock in the morning Jesus came to the disciples, walking on the water. 26 When they saw him walking on the water, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost!” they said, and screamed with fear. 

This story is a very good example of Stellar Theology. Jesus appeared to the disciples between 3-6 in the morning, long before sunrise. The fact that they bothered to mention this detail is highly significant. In much the same way that Mary Magdalene appeared at the empty tomb before sunrise as a personification of the morning star Venus, so to did Jesus appear to the disciples as the bright morning star, Venus. 

Revelations 22: 18 I am descended from the family of David; I am the bright morning star.
