Elon Musk said this in an interview on October 7, 2022, about his proclivity to post controversial tweets. Since then he has acquired Twitter, helped fund Donald Trump’s ascension to the throne, and taken a chainsaw approach to the Federal Government in his role as DOGE villain.
X was down due to a massive cyberattack today. Tesla shares have tanked all over the world. Protests have erupted at Tesla dealerships, and vandalism to charging stations and Tesla cars have become more frequent. Tesla owners are even damaging their own cars as a form of protest. SpaceX succeeded to fail twice in a row, once in December and again just the other day. He just can’t seem to get it up at the moment.

The Stock Market is not responding well to the haphazard tariff tit for tats. Kindly remember, Donald Trump tends to bankrupt businesses he runs, will he do the same to the Federal Government? Maybe if he was a Russian asset that would be the plan. The other option is just pure incompetence, corruption, and fraud, all things he excels at. His approval rating is down, even after one night in Congress. More worryingly, he has lost a whopping 19 points amongst young people in the latest polls.
Many thought it would be a good idea to burn it all down. It’s only been 50 days, and the big test is still ahead, avoiding a government shut down before Friday 14 March. People are worried that the chaos they craved is actually a really stupid idea. That might be an understatement of epic proportions. Will Americans start pushing back, investors already are.

Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump is fiercely defending Elon Musk amid plunging stock prices in his Tesla company and a boycott threat the president called ‘illegal.’
She backed up both men during an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show on Fox, where she hosts her own program called ‘My View’ on Saturday nights, saying people should be ‘KISSING THE FEET’ of the president and his billionaire aide and advisor.
The former RNC co-chair defended Musk and his DOGE cuts even as Trump took his first step to rein in the world’s richest man following a viral moment on Fox about a veteran set to lose his Pentagon job as part of an effort to eliminate ‘provisional’ employees.
‘It’s actually laughable every time you hear these people on the left say “Elon is enriching himself and his friends.” You just talked about it – this guy is losing money because of what he’s doing, but he understands the importance of this moment,’ she said.
‘We cannot continue in perpetuity, spending the way we are. We cannot survive as a country. So people ought to be KISSING THE FEET of Elon Musk and Donald Trump for being the two people to actually do this. But these folks on the left are going to continue down this path. And you know what? They’re going to continue to lose the support of the American people.’
‘They ought to be ashamed of themselves but I know not a single one of them is,’ she fumed.
She spoke on a day when stock in Musk’s Tesla company tanked, dropping 15 percent Monday in the worst day of trading since 2020.
Her comments come days after an AI-generated video showing Trump kissing Musk’s feet was shown at HUD after a presumed hack.

Donald Trump had a Tesla delivered to the White House and endorsed Elon Musk’s private business as if it was the governments busines. He even said that any vandalism against Tesla dealerships would be classified as domestic terrorism. The grift literally knows no bounds. Stock down, what to do? RIGGED GAME: The Trump administration is rolling back several major climate policies, including two rules that target planet-warming pollution from vehicles and power plants, in a major blow to America’s progress on climate action.
The Environmental Protection Agency announced Wednesday it will undo rules that would have pushed the electricity and auto-making sectors toward cleaner forms of energy.
Trump’s EPA is also preparing to reconsider and strike down a consequential scientific finding that has served as the basis of federal regulations to curb climate pollution. Dismissing the precedent would strip the EPA’s authority to manage the pollution that causes global warming.
The EPA is targeting EVs by dismantling a vehicle pollution rule the Biden administration finalized in March 2024, which – by mandating less pollution from cars – would have pushed US automakers to produce more EVs and fuel-efficient hybrid models that run on a mixture of gas and small batteries.
It comes just a day after Trump held a presidential auto show in front of the White House, showcasing his senior adviser and Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s electric cars and vowing to buy one himself at full price, after Tesla’s stock dipped. – CNN
Tesla stocks drop. Change the law. Disincentivize auto-makers from creating electric vehicles, thereby allowing Tesla to continue their market dominance and in turn push up stock prices. These people don’t play fair, they play to win.
