OH, WHAT I DO

May 14, 2025

“OH, WHAT I DO FOR THE CROWN PRINCE” – DT: Just as one thinks it couldn’t possibly get any worse, it does. The President of the United States unilaterally decided it was a good idea to remove all sanctions imposed on Syria by America, at the behest of the Saudi Crown Prince and Erdogan of Turkey. Israel must be absolutely livid as they are currently fighting Syrian forces responsible for the slaughter of thousands of minorities in Syria. After the fall of Assad in December 2024, the rebel leader Ahmed al-Sharaa, a ‘former’ Sunni jihadist that fought against America in Iraq during the insurgency, took control of Syria.

He claims to be a reformed jihadist, even though he joined Osama Bin Laden’s Al Qaeda and fought alongside ISIS, and eventuality formed his own group, the Al Nusra Front. Donald Trump just gave him full legitimacy on the world stage in Riyad, before providing tangible and sustained evidence, that the ‘New Syria’ won’t be hunting down minorities and forcibly converting them to Sunni Islam. Alawites, Syrian Christians, Shia, Druze, and other minorities are now at the mercy of a man that used to work alongside ISIS. There has already been a massacre of over 1500 Alawite supporters of former President Assad.

“Our war is not a matter of revenge against the Alawites despite the fact that in Islam, they are considered to be heretics”. A commentary on this interview however states that al-Sharaa also added that Alawites would be left alone as long as they abandon elements of their faith which contradict Islam. June 2015

The above statement is only partially true. It should say, Sunni Islam. Although Jews and Christians are perceived by some as the enemy of Islam, Sunni and Shia Muslims have an even deeper antagonism towards each other. That’s why this is such a big deal for Sunni Islam. The Alawites sect that used to rule Syria is a minority Shia branch of Islam. Iran is a majority Shia nation that has connections to other Shia groups in the region. The Houthis in Yemen, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Alawites in Syria, Iraq, and Hamas in Gaza. Hamas is Sunni, and therefore an anomaly.

SUNNI ARAB HEGEMONY: – The succession to Muhammad in 632 led the Muslims to be split into two camps, the Sunnis, who believed that the caliphs of the Islamic community should be chosen by a council, as in Saqifa, while a second group, the Shia, who believed that Muhammed had named his successor to be Ali ibn Abi Talib, his cousin and son-in-law.

In recent years, the relations between the Shias and the Sunnis have been increasingly marked by conflict. The aftermath of the 1979 Iranian revolution, which reconfigured Iran into a theocratic Islamic republic governed by high-ranking Shia clerics, had far-reaching consequences across the Muslim world. The Iraq War further influenced regional power dynamics, solidifying Shias as the predominant force in Iraq. Iran’s ascent as a regional power in the Middle East, along with shifts in politics and demographics in Lebanon favouring Shia, has heightened Sunni concerns about their Sunni–Arab hegemony. – Wiki –

STATE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM: Qatar is a majority Sunni country and according to MAGA critics of DT, the $400 million plane from Qatar is a blood money bribe, as they are the world’s biggest funders of terrorism. Both America and Israel allowed Qatar to transfer almost $2 billion to Hamas, money they used to launch their attack on Israel. So although Iran is often blamed for all the chaos in the Middle East, Sunni majority countries have funded countless jihadist insurgencies, including Saudi Arabia. The current Syrian leader is actually Saudi, as were 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11, and most importantly, Osama bin Laden, the deceased leader of Al-Qaeda.

Wiki describes Al-Qaeda, as ‘a pan-Islamist militant organization led by Sunni jihadists who self-identify as a vanguard spearheading a global Islamist revolution to unite the Muslim world under a supra-national Islamic caliphate’.

DESIGNATED TERRORIST: Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa (born 29 October 1982) also known by his nom de guerre Abu Mohammad al-Julani, is a Syrian politician and former Al Qaeda commander who is currently serving as the president of Syria since January 2025. He previously served as the country’s de facto leader from December 2024 until his appointment as president. Born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to a Syrian Sunni Muslim family from the Golan Heights, he grew up in Syria’s capital, Damascus.

Al-Sharaa joined al-Qaeda in Iraq shortly before the 2003 invasion of Iraq and fought for three years in the Iraqi insurgency. American forces captured and imprisoned him from 2006 to 2011. His release coincided with the Syrian Revolution against the Ba’athist dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad. Al-Sharaa created the al-Nusra Front in 2012 with the support of al-Qaeda to fight the Assad regime in the Syrian civil war. – Wiki –

Guess what the new president offered Trump in return for lifting sanctions, the ‘big beautiful’ opportunity to build a Trump Tower in Damascus, and access to Syrian oil for good measure. Sould to the highest bidder. Let’s not forget the plane, a sweetener of epic proportions.

A YOUNG ATTRACTIVE GUY: President Donald Trump met with Syria’s new leader, President Ahmed al-Sharaa, Wednesday morning during his trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is ‘exploring normalization’ with the war-torn nation. President Recep Erdogan of Turkey joined by phone while Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud joined Trump and al-Sharaa in person.

Trump told reporters on Air Force One en route to Qatar that the meeting with al-Sharaa went ‘great,’ calling the 42-year-old a ‘young, attractive guy.’

‘Tough guy. Strong past. Very strong past. Fighter,’ the president offered. al-Sharaa formerly fought for al-Qaeda in Iraq.

‘He’s got a real shot of holding it together. I spoke with President Erdogan, who is very friendly with him. He feels he’s got a shot of doing a good job. It’s a torn up country,’ Trump said. By Nikki Schwab, Chief Campaign Correspondent in Doha, Qatar.
